- Architect: Degree in Architecture from recognized University, Registered with Council of Architecture. Experience: 3 years professional experience in Architectural Design.
- Assistant Engineer(Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized University. Experience: 3 years experience in Construction and maintenance in Civil Engineering Works.
- Junior Engineer(Civil): Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/State Board. Experience: Two years experience in relevant field.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Degree or Diploma in the Electrical Engineering from recognized University/Board. Experience: Two years experience in relevant field.
- Supervisor: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or H.S.S.C. with Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board. Experience: One years experience as draughtsman.
- Draughtsman: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or H.S.S.C. with Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board. Experience: One years experience as draughtsman.
- Technician: S.S.C. with NCVT ITI Certificate in the field/trade of Electrical/Plumber. Experience: One year experience in the relevant filed.
- Lower Division Clerk: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Multi Tasking Staff: Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination or ITI equivalent.
